A trainerfor yourspiritual health
My practice treats your spiritual health with the same systematic care and seriousness as your physical health — as though a medical practice, a gym, and a faith-based counseling center came together as one.

The premise
The quality of our lives is determined by the quality of our relationships
With God. With others. With ourselves. With our work. When these are strong, aligned and well-stewarded, we experience sustainable growth and the peace of walking in rhythm with the life God intended.
The framework
Four relationships
The diagnostic
You would say your spiritual health matters more than your physical health.
Most people who believe in Jesus would. So would God, through Paul: godliness has value for all things. But if we are honest, we are not as intentional about maintaining it. Not sure you agree? Answer these.
- 01What are your spiritual health goals for the season?
- 02Do you have a spiritual training plan?
- 03How often do you exercise it each week?
- 04What are your weakness areas?
- 05How are you measuring your progress?
- 06Who is your accountability partner?
Sessions
Individuals & couples
Your spiritual health treated with the same systematic care as your physical health. We set a season plan, name the weak areas, and build the rhythms — with accountability between sessions.
One-on-one pastoral care for what you are carrying right now — grief, a decision, a rupture, a season that has gone quiet. Confidential and gospel-centered.
For engaged and married couples, built on the PREPARE/ENRICH assessment. Money, family, intimacy, conflict, faith and expectations — surfaced and worked, not deferred.
The full arc: preparation before the wedding, the ceremony itself, and continued care into the first seasons of marriage.
Coaching across the relationship you name — with yourself, with your work, or with the people closest to you. A written season plan with measurable markers, and someone holding you to it.
Corporate & small groups
The same framework for a family, a small group, or a leadership team — a shared plan, shared language, and shared accountability.
Ongoing spiritual care for an organization and its people — regular presence, one-on-one availability, and care at the moments that need it most.

Before we begin
The methods are never more important or powerful than the man. The practices are never more important or powerful than the person.
I do not believe you can reduce God, or your faith, to a set of disciplines. We are leaning on what He has invited all of us to use, and putting it into practice more intentionally than is commonly offered.
About
See a doctor, a trainer, an advisor — for your spiritual health.
Nearly two decades in business as a management consultant, entrepreneur and community leader. An All-American athlete with a Personal Training certification and a master's in Exercise Science. Most of my time is spent at the intersection of business, faith and community wellness.
I am not a licensed psychotherapist or mental health professional. I defer matters of care beyond our scope to those gifted and trained in such work — out of integrity, a love for you, and a commitment to your best care.

About ten minutes, and it tells me more than a first conversation would. Then we book a session and begin where it matters.
